Went to see Frankie at Rejuvenate as was suffering with my tennis elbow. Had a 30 minute massage, which took the pain right down to a manageable level, have to be truthful, wasn’t expecting to get rid of the pain totally, but had a relatively pain free weekend.
Highly recommend, Frankie was pleasant, professional and easy to talk to. Thanks again and will be back soon.

Tuesday I had my 1st ever cupping experience on my right knee.
When I got on the bed I was tense and muscles were very tight but after 5 mins I began to relax and Frankie was amazing. She worked on my knee. Had a lovely massage first, then the cups came out. I’d recommend this to everyone. After 40 mins I wasn’t flinching, I just sat back and enjoyed the whole experience, came out feeling relaxed.

Can’t thank this young lady enough for my treatment. Amazing session , she has healing hands. If you have a niggle, get yourself booked in. If you workout your muscles, need TLC, her massages and cupping are just what those aches, pains and muscles need.

I have been going to Frankie for over 12 months now and am recovering very well after my sports injury. I knew this wouldn’t be a ‘one hit wonder’ process but was prepared to put in the time for the healing process to fully take hold.
I now feel a lot more pain free and have so much more flexibility in my muscles after the sports therapy sessions. Best thing I ever did. Would definitely recommend can’t praise Frankie’s skills enough !!
